Refund & Return Policy.
A Refund or Return can be possible only after the customer receives the products and, He or She wishes to make a return or refund, due to inappropriate or open product packaging, inappropriate product type the exchange & refund may possible after approval from our customer service department.
If you return & refund will be approved by our customer service department you will get back your payment from your bank account only. there will be no cash refund policy.
We will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org notify us of the product you would like to return. You will need to provide full details of your order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details and pictures of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Once you have received a confirmation that we will accept a return for your product, please make sure you indicate whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that ALL returned items are in good condition and unopened.
- We will Schedule a return for your package through our shipping team. You must also provide the copy of shipping invoice supplied with your order documentation when you handover return products to our courier. Delivery charges for returning the products, if it is not due to faulty, damaged expired or incorrect products, are to be paid by you and are your responsibility.
- All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. You will be notified immediately that we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if your product has been opened or used. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow up to 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Agrobiz Personal Care Products Trading LLC as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges will be paid by Agrobiz Personal Care Products Trading LLC.
